Do you offer electronic invoicing?
We do not offer electronic or stamped invoicing.

Do you deliver in Costa Rica?
Yes, we ship nationwide through Correos de Costa Rica. When you make your purchase, you enter your details and the system will calculate the shipping cost.

What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost with Correos de Costa Rica is ₡3,000 to any part of the country.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the area. Orders take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive. Correos de Costa Rica manages delivery times. Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Can I place an urgent order?
You can write to us on WhatsApp before making your purchase and we will let you know if it's possible to process your order faster, depending on the current workload.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. All our sales are made exclusively through this website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via SINPE Móvil. All payment information is displayed when placing the order. Orders must be paid in full before being shipped or picked up.

Can I modify or cancel my order once placed?
Once the order is paid, we cannot make modifications or cancellations. If you need to make an urgent change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify the address without a problem. If it has already been shipped, it is not possible to make changes.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or with an error?
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please write to us as soon as you receive it (ideally the same day) for quicker assistance. By law, you have up to 8 natural days from delivery to report any damage. After this period, we cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds.

Can I place an order as a gift?
Of course! Just provide the necessary details for correct shipping. We also have virtual gift cards.
